I went to this establishment a while back and sounds like things have not changed by looking at some of the poor reviews. I now tell my story of what happened because buyers should be informed. My experience was with warranty work to be completed on a brand new Cub Cadet. I dropped it off with someone who was helpful, the service that day was in good fashion. That is where it ended. I had it there a total of a month, calling each week to see when it would be ready, and each time they told me they were busy but would get to it soon. It was mowing season, so I was patient. The last time I called, same thing so at that phone call I said I’d just come pick it up and go elsewhere. Here is where it really goes downhill. When I arrived, no one would help me, so I went around and found my mower in the back being stored outside, and probably the whole time by the looks of it, since there were several rains in that period. After I loaded it, I found a flat tire with a giant 1/4” gaping hole in the center of it. It didn’t have that problem when I dropped it off a month earlier. Sure glad I didn’t find any more damage on my new mower. I took it to Ozark and they had it ready in one week, and fixed the tire free of charge. I am local and I get the creeps every time I drive by this place of business in Aurora, and obviously haven’t darker the doorway here since. I turned right down first aisle where they could see me and gathered 3 10 foot pvc pipe and taped them together with my own tape I brought with me. No one offered to help me. That’s the third time this has happened. So when I got home I decided to call and talk to the owner or manager. The girl at checkout answered phone and wanted to know who I was and I said a customer. She put me on hold then came back a minute later and said the owner is busy right now. Would you like to leave a message? Wow! What customer service.    Read moreI needed to rent a tiller for half a day. It happened to be on a Saturday, and this business is closed Sunday. Although I’d previously been told before that if I rented on Saturday and returned on Monday, then I wouldn’t be charged for Sunday because it couldn’t be returned on Sunday, this was not the answer I was given this time.
I was told I’d be charged a day and a half to rent the tiller and use it for half a day Saturday.
I own a local, family owned business and do my best to shop local, but I refuse to give my business to anyone that operates this way.
