I visited the Austin Article by gate 9 at the airport today while waiting for my flight. I was checked out by a wonderful lady by the name of Benni. As I stood in line waiting for my purchase, I watched Benni go above and beyond with each customer she checked out. She was polite, respectful, professional, and made each customer feel valued by saying something uniquely kind to each of customer. Worst company ever how could you have these pathetic and mean employees today I was at the store and witnessed SHAWNDRA be extremely mean to a older lady who just needed she threw her change on the counter where most of the change fell and she made the older lady pick it up you need to FIRE HER she does need to be in retail if she’s gonna be rude the entire time DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE OR ANY WITH THE NAME PARADISE if you see a DARK BLUE SHIRT WALK AWAY go to there competition the other companies were actually nice...
