They refused to give me a receipt and gave me the wrong headphones. when I tried to trade the product for the correct one 2 minutes after, the manager refused and said she can’t without a receipt. I bought a $249 pair of D Beats Fit Pro earbuds on 8/28/25. One of the buds refuses to take a proper charge or produce any sound. When I attempted to return them on 9/17/25, with the receipt, I was told by the manager, Virginia, that without the original cardboard packaging they would not accept them or give me a credit.
