Ordered a door and trim months well in advance to avoid problems on the day of construction. My contractor went to pick up my order and it was missing pieces of trim in what appears someone sold piece out of my ordered trim pack and never had the respect to replace it. Someone else problem is now my problem. A one day project is now a two day project which has disrupted a very tight schedule. I wanted to support a local business in the community where I grew up. We purchased our trusses as well as all of the steel for our 30x52 shed from ABS and had a great experience! Great communication and service! Answered all of the questions we had! The steel and trusses were shipped direct to our house even though I’m now 5 hours away from Austin. We had great service and everything went as it should! When we need to redo our deck in a few years I plan to get my materials from them again....
