I'm not sure if they are able to perform the tasks as advertised, but they need to work on their customer service. First off, they have 3 different opening hours listed online. I came in to drop it off at 9 (advertised they would be open) and they were closed. Checked their actual website which said 10, came back and again were closed. They apparently open at 11, and my computer was able to be dropped off. I called to see if they had any info on my computer a few hours later and a woman answered, only to be put on hold for around 15ish minutes listening to the same prompt repeatedly. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me that they just got in to work (umm?) and that they had 2 computers in front of mine to be worked on and probably wouldn't get to mine until Monday. POOR customer service. I was hoping I could save some time and money and try out this small business in Austin, but I guess their customers are not a priority.
