Lately I feel as though their flowers have been lackluster. I go in and request bouquets and they're not full, or they're just a bunch of one kind of flower with no accents. I asked for a bouquet with accents and it was MOSTLY accents...with some big flowers. They used to be great...but lately...I've just been disappointed and I'm thinking of switching to Hyvee simply because their flowers at least look professional. Read moreI called to have flowers delivered the same day. It was about 2 hours after the deadline. And still, they were happy to make that happen for me. I don't know why I called Hy-Vee before I called the Hardy Geranium. I won't waste my time making that mistake again. I tried the live chat on the Hy-vee website and they said a delivery after the deadline might be possible, but I would need to call the store. Read moreI happened to be in town and visited your establishment as a tourist. I overheard a very unpleasant exchange between a customer and a employee/owner. The paying customer did not did not like her sons boutineer. The employee was rude and argumentative. I was both shocked and disgusted by unprofessional behavior of the Hardy Geranium. I found the shop very cute and my experience was ruined by the exchange. I felt so bad for the lady and angry at the management. I hope they learn customer service and common decancy...
