We recently needed to move from our existing home in Bee Cave to south Austin area, a place that's close to where everything is and a lifestyle that our family have been yearning for. We reached out to Greg and his team to help us find a home that would meet our needs. And this was exactly what he did for our family, the house he helped us secure in the end is located in Westgate area, a short 19-minute walk away from my children's school! Not only the location itself far exceeded our original expectation, but he was able to help us close the deal on this property at a price that's very hard to compete with during this crazy housing market in Austin. We are just so excited about moving into this new home and begin our new chapter.

Speaking from my own experience, I think what really set Greg apart from the previous realtors that we've worked with was his going above and beyond attitude and his ability to carefully listen and capture our needs then translating them into actions to follow up. More importantly, Greg also provided a lot of insights and in-depth understanding on the housing market, which helped us to make well informed decisions on all the properties that we've looked at throughout the process. A couple examples amongst many that really impressed me, we were on our Skiing trip in New Mexico over Xmas and New year, during this time there was of new property that had showed up in the market that captured our interest, after speaking with Greg about it, he later spent part of his New Year’s eve away from his family to get into this very property and did a full video walk through of the entire house along with his voice commentary to give us the visibility that we needed just in time to make an offer on it, even though we were still physically in New Mexico. The other example was after we entered option period on the property we eventually closed on, Greg was able to leverage his resources to help us get all the inspection work done in a timely manner, he also went back and forth with the seller to ensure all the major concerns that were found during inspection are properly addressed of by the seller right up to the date of signing the closing document. His level of du-diligence and resourcefulness made my life easy and as a customer, I don’t feel there’s much more I could ask for. I am an out-of-state buyer and came across Greg and his team through Zillow after months of working remotely with several other experienced realtors in the Austin area. I was looking for roughly 3 months before with no progress... then I reached out to Greg... he was responsive, resourceful and knowledgeable of the area and the market. I am a seasoned realtor and investor in several other states, so working with Greg was very easy.

Greg has a great team that helped me through the entire process of searching, viewing, offer, closing, and leasing. Jacob helped with all the virtual viewings, he would go out and take videos of whatever house I wanted to see. He also helped with the walkthrough, inspection, etc. Heather helped through the closing process and leasing process. I was able to lease the place out with only a two-day vacancy from when the seller moved out! Greg was the brain of the group and was always there to help me brainstorm and make the hard decisions. Austin is a difficult market to buy with high level of competition. We were able to get a house a great price at a great time while interest rates were low. All of this was done remotely, since I could not travel due to COVID.

Additionally, Greg is very resourceful - he is able to recommend some of the best inspectors, mortgage brokers, handyman for all your needs. Him and his team are truly the one-stop shop. I ended up recommending a friend to Greg that also ended up successfully purchasing a great investment home.

We recently moved to Austin from out of state and thanks to Greg, Jacob, and Heather the task of purchasing a home went from seemingly impossible to an incredibly smooth process. We were referred to Greg by a friend and had our initial conversation in January. He was knowledgeable with several of the areas around Austin and helped us narrow down some areas that could work for us. We kept an eye on the market and around April we decided we were ready to look more actively. Greg was quick and responsive whenever we requested more information on a house and was able to get answers to follow up questions right away. He let us know when he was going out of town and unavailable and Jacob was able to pick up right where we left off. Equally responsive and great with providing video tours as requested. And I always appreciated both of them being able to speak openly about a property especially since we couldn’t see it in person. After a few tough offers, we managed to land a great place in Circle C. Greg talked us through making a strong offer that we felt good about and couldn’t be more pleased about getting the house. The rest of the team was great about communicating all the details required to get through the closing process and staying on top of everything entailed. When we finally moved out here, Greg reached out to make sure we were ok and has been very helpful in providing recommendations for any vendors we needed: painters, carpet cleaners, plumbers, etc. We feel very lucky to have had Greg and his team on our side through this process and will happily return should we ever need to...
