Worst Building Managers EVER!!!
Our company has been working in this building since May of 2023. We have not had an issue with parking spots until the building management was switched to Riverside. Construction all around the building has already made our once giant parking lot a small little lot off to the side of the building. They also only have ONE HANDICAP parking space now with no lines or ramp around it for wheelchair access. The construction workers just park in the parking lot (with no issues it seems) and take up the spaces on the end right by it, leaving almost no room for any handicap person to park.
Instead of working with us to get us the proper parking passes, they refuse to give them to anyone in our specific company. I say specific company because other people with other companies on other floors have received them with no problems at all. NOW, they are threatening to tow our cars because we don't have a parking pass BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THEM TO US. I, as a woman, do NOT feel comfortable with their suggestion to park at the Walmart across the shopping center and walk half a mile to work. Especially when there are tons of homeless people and construction workers along the way, which we've already had a problem with inappropriate cat calling and harassment from. On top of this I also have a HEART CONDITION that effects my ability to walk long distances without heart/chest pain. The walk may not seem far to them but to my heart it's at least a 5 mile hike. If I am not careful my heart can be damaged or stop if pushed too hard.
Hopefully, the ONE other woman and I can obtain parking passes for our specified parking lot because we do NOT feel safe or heard or taken care of by this company. Not to mention we had break ins for a couple offices down stairs. So that on top of everything else I've mentioned kind of speaks for itself when I say this is actually the WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
DON'T GIVE A CENT TO THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY AND WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL
*Update - Just spoke with the hair salon manager down stairs who has also been refused a permit. She said she has been in this building for 25 years and has NEVER had such a horrible experience with building managers. She also has a heart condition and is in the same boat as I am, she needs one for health reasons like me but they REFUSED TO GIVE ONE TO HER. She told them she had a heart condition and their response was "it's not in your lease, call security and have them escort you" - ARE YOU ACTUALLY KIDDING ME??? That is SO beyond ridiculous.
These building managers SUCK!!!!
ANOTHER UPDATE: They STILL refuse to give us parking passes or communicate properly in any way, shape or form. They sent out an email threatening to tows cars and it wasn't even sent to the correct person of commination for the office. Which they KNOW who it is. Instead, they sent it to our payroll manager who is REMOTE. When they call and want to speak to someone they expect it to happen though and will continuously call in until they get connected to someone.
I repeat and will NEVER stop saying this - DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR COMPANY'S WELL EARNED MONEY. They are LEECHES and HORRIBLE at their jobs....
Read moreAbsolutely terrible company. The building that they manage that I work in Had a giant parking lot. Within a year of working at this building, Riverside management decided to sell about 90% of our parking lot to be built into apartment complexes. The parking lot went from hundreds of spots down to about less than 50. The management company then told my company that we can no longer park in the parking lot at all, and insisted that we park at a nearby Walmart parking lot and walk about a half mile to work. We insisted that the women in our office do not feel safe having to walk that far in the dark when that area is a hub for homeless activity. They basically said too bad. They now sticker anyone that parks in the parking lot and is threatening to tow our entire company. Even though there are open parking spaces. They also refused to give us permits, even when they have previously given permits to businesses within the building for free. They have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible attitudes, operates off of ego, sends direct threats, and makes our work day difficult every day. I highly recommend not giving a single penny to this company. They are...

I wanted to share my positive experience with Riverside, as I've noticed some recent reviews that don't seem to reflect actual customer interactions with the business.
My company has worked with Riverside throughout our office renovation project, and they've been excellent from start to finish. Their communication was consistently clear and responsive, and they delivered on every commitment they made. What impressed me most was their proactive approach to management.
Based on my direct experience, I can confidently recommend Riverside for their quality work, reliability, and genuine care for...
