Over the last 6 months I have been targeted, stalked, and harassed by my Skyline neighbor. Management has done nothing to stop their behavior.
Since February I have sent countless video evidence of their invasive behavior. They have been caught on video touching my garbage, looking at my mail, following, harassing and filming me.
Management has told me they don’t consider any of these things an issue and have not taken any action to stop their behavior. In addition, management has also told me these tenants have received several other complaints against them dating back to when they lived in another building on the property. Not only have my complaints been ignored, clearly others have been ignored as well.
These tenants consistently follow me and film me on their phone. They film my apartment every time they walk by. The tenant has waited until I left my apartment to follow me and run after me shouting, accusing me of stealing their package. The tenant has memorized the car I drive and was recorded standing outside my door saying “That’s her car, I know she’s home.” They refused to stop knocking on my door or leave my premises. Their refusal to leave my front door because they knew I was inside is extremely alarming and terrifying and management showed zero concern regarding this situation.
A few weeks ago, these tenants illegally installed a camera facing directly inside my front door seeing inside my entire apartment. This is ILLEGAL. This is just more proof I am being targeted and stalked by them and still management has not done anything to stop them.
Due to the lack of action from management, I had to resort to sending a Cease and Desist to my neighbors and open multiple police reports. I have consulted with lawyers and detectives and they both expressed extreme shock when I told them about the lack of action from RPM management.
Just know, if you are a single female who lives alone, Skyline is not a safe place for you to live. Management has shown a complete lack of empathy and compassion to my situation and I live in constant fear of leaving my apartment, whereas these tenants get to live here freely with no consequences.
It has taken 6 months of complaints for management to offer any kind of resolution, of which is completely unsatisfactory to me. There is no resolution as long as these people are allowed to continue this behavior. As of 8/28/25 the tenants are still filming me and my apartment every time...
Read moreHealth hazard - mold risk, apartment 420. I was having major health issues while living here, so my doctor ran extensive blood testing and found I was having extremely high toxic mold reactions, and her strongest recommendation to me was to move out of my current apartment. Subsequent to the blood tests, I collected samples in the apartment for mold screening tests and the results showed dangerous levels with high disease risk. The maintenance team took a few sample point moisture readings, and said there was no moisture and therefore no mold issue. However, hidden mold and dry mold from previous moisture are common issues and health hazards, but the apartment did not pursue the investigation further or have a licensed mold inspector investigate. My blood tests and mold screening samples do show that there is toxic mold in the apartment. I moved out, but I highly recommend a licensed mold inspector to conduct a thorough and well documented inspection before someone else resides in this unit.
Another major issue I had was a sudden carpenter ant infestation. One night, I felt an ant on my face in bed, got up and saw that hundreds of giant carpenter ants were flooding my bedroom, concentrated on the ceiling right above my bed and the floor around it. No one answered the night time emergency maintenance number and I had to spray Raid all over the place just to control the ants from infesting my entire apartment, then had to sleep on the couch that night, breathing in Raid. I had to go to the office the next day to request maintenance support, and when the maintenance guy came , he said that carpenter ants chew through the ceiling and must have come from there, and then he patched up a small hole in the ceiling that they had created. My unit was ground floor with one unit above it. Pest control later sprayed the ground, but no satisfactory answer was given regarding the risk of the ants coming through the ceiling again, so I was constantly afraid it would happen again.
The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, perfect location, and the pool is really nice, but overall not worth the health issues and...
Read moreShout out to Trista Barrett!!! She signed us in and signed us out. Very transparent, and very easy to get along with.
My wife and I moved in last April and just left last month because we bought a house.
Couple of quick things on this apartment: It's an older unit close to nature, so you deal with issues that arise from that. Typically older windows and porch doors that aren't perfect at sealing, so you will get a bug here or there. Just submit a request and they will send the exterminator out (I think it's on Wednesdays he comes out) It is older, so you will encounter roaches on occasion as well. They sent the exterminator the very next time he was at the apartment.
They are renovating so you need a little patience when dealing with the construction and changes going on around the complex. Water gets shut off in the middle of the day for repairs ever so often. New pipes are a good thing, but a little frustrating if you work from home. Laundry units break on occasion. Submit a request and they usually get fixed in a week or two. Normal apartment stuff.
The plus is the changes are nice, like the dog park, which has added new mulch and a dog washing station. We have a 40 pound mutt and never really dealt with the dog poop problem like a lot of people mentioned. We were in building 2 and would take her right by the leasing office or right off of Spyglass.
It's a great spot at a great price and the community is awesome! Loved our neighbors who had a pup similar to ours. Just know what you are getting into. For people who put the responsibility on the apartment for the paperwork... you dumb. I don't sign anything unless I know what it says. Also, get any extras in writing and don't sign until you do. Just things my parents taught me. The management is actually really great! Example, we didn't have to pay for leaving a month early because we were buying a house. They waived the early termination fees for buying a home. Just showed them the deed and we...
