Finding the right jeweler was really important to me—not just in terms of skill, but also values. I wanted to work with an LGBTQ+ friendly, women-owned business, ideally local, and that's how I found Identity Diamonds through a recommendation on Reddit. From the very beginning, the experience with Identity Diamonds was incredible. The pricing was fair and transparent, the timeline was perfect, and the customer service was seriously next-level. I had never gone through a custom jewelry process before and needed a bit of help—Stephanie was phenomenal. She was warm, patient, genuinely excited about the project. She offered thoughtful, creative suggestions that made the design even better than I imagined. After an in-person consultation and handing off my center stone, they created detailed renderings and even sent a 3D resin cast to ensure every detail was spot-on before production. That level of care and attention meant the world to me. My ring was finished just in time for our wedding and it is absolutely perfect! It's gorgeous, but more importantly, it feels like me. And to top it all off—before we headed back home, I realized my ring needed a slight resize. I was dreading the idea of leaving it behind and waiting for it to be shipped back, but Stephanie, being the amazing human she is, told my wife and me to go grab lunch and she’d have it done in an hour so I could take it with me. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Identity Diamonds! They made the whole process of getting my wedding band SO easy and stress-free. I just emailed them my budget and an inspo pic of what I had in mind - and within three days, Stephanie sent me a design rendering showing exactly what it would look like, along with the final cost!

She totally nailed the design I had in mind and made it work within the budget I gave her. After reading all their amazing reviews, I felt good about moving forward - even though I had never met Stephanie in person or even been to their store! It was a big leap of faith, but I felt so confident the entire time.

Stephanie was insanely responsive, always keeping me updated, and just so professional and helpful. And today, when I went to pick up my ring - it completely exceeded my expectations! It fit like a glove and looked exactly how I imagined.
