Great Park, lots of room to walk and even more great nooks to sit and just be. The only thing I would like to warn people is that there are a lot of people who don't think it's necessary to keep their dogs on a leash, which I understand, but I have a dog agressive dog and I was just terrified someone's unleashed dog was going to run up and try and be friends with mine. Unfortunately, I can't take him to regular dog parks because of off leash, so I have to take him to parks where leashes are a requirement. It's not for my dogs safety, but other people's dogs. It has a nice playscape for children, a public pool with a small entrance fee, a basket ball and tennis courts, and a small pond with benches around it. The public restrooms are not in the best of shape, but that is to be expected for most public parks in this area. There is nothing too special about this park, but it is pleasant and has a a total of 6 pokestops and 2 gyms (for Pokemon Go players, who flock to the park partially because it is currently a Shellder spawn point). It's got plenty of parking. The tennis court is lighted at night. There's a pond, ducks, cypress trees and park benches around a tiny island. The shaded pick nick area is nice and big next to a kiddie playscape. The public pool is nice and partly surrounded by great big trees and shady areas.2.50 is the cost of entry to the pool.
