I don’t often leave bad reviews but this one was a special case.

Long story short my sister had bought me a permanent bracelet for my birthday (Cassidi disk) and the bracelet broke twice within a month of it being placed.

To be clear, the people at the store were wonderful and helpful. The second time it broke I asked about my options (refund or exchange) as getting jewelry repairs durning my lunch was stressful.

I did not get the bracelet welded a third time (initial placement and repair)

I was given an email to escalate my situation, to which I got no reply. I called to the store and was asked to reply to that same email.

After a week with no response I followed up again by calling. This time a manager was there in the store and didn’t speak to me directly but rather instructed who I was on the phone with that she would reach out the following week. Another person ended up emailing and at this point I’m frustrated and really would rather not deal with a braclet and rather get a refund or at the very least be given the option for another jewelry piece. I found the whole interaction wanting for ownership of the product and customer service beyond the lovely ladies who had helped me in store. Reading the reviews it doesn’t seem like my situation was a common one and I’m unsure why mine went...

I absolutely love this place. A year ago I got a matching bracelet with my boyfriend and it is still in great condition. Yesterday, I brought my friend from out of town to also get a matching bracelet. Kirsten immediately was so warm and welcoming. We loved our entire experience with her! She was super helpful explaining all the materials and the entire process.

Recently, I had also gotten a permanent bracelet at Kendra Scott since I had my birthday discount. It was the worst experience. The associate had rushed through it as her chick fil an order arrived as she was in the middle of doing it. There was no protection between my skin and the welding device. My bracelet had been placed incorrectly with extra chain hanging off the side. I felt so awful and regretful after. It felt like I was cheating on Loveweld. Yesterday, Kirsten was looking at it and said she was super surprised it was still on based on how poorly it was welded. She offered to help and fix it. How sweet is that!! She cured my trauma from Kendra Scott!!

Please please please go to Loveweld instead of Kendra Scott. They actually know what they are doing and have knowledge. I cannot rave...

I took my mom to Love Weld (SoCo location) this weekend for an early Mother's Day gift and she absolutely loves her new forever anklet!! Kirsten took her time and made my mom feel so special. In my appointment message, I had very specific notes about not sharing pricing with my mom and Kirsten followed my requests perfectly; which I can't thank her enough for! I would highly recommend Love Weld and plan to come back for more items in the future!

Update: My mom's anklet became loose and it was so easy to make an appointment to fix it. They got us in quick with an appointment day/ time and I was so happy to have Kirsten be the person to fix it. Since we had an amazing experience with her back in May, I was hoping for that same experience. She outdid herself by making us feel so welcomed and even remembered who we were, which was a really nice feeling. We went to the Springdale location this time and while the SoCo location is nice because it's downtown, I highly recommend the Springdale location as it's a smaller space and feels more personal and unique! My mom ended up surprising me with an anklet so now we have mother-daughter...
