It would've been a 5 star review, but on the day we went the location was closed. We don't know if it was lunch time or an off day, but we couldn't purchase any memorabilia from here. There were some really cool relics inside a other cool projects being worked inside.
On the upside, we were able to take a few photographs of the Austin sized "post card" on the side of the building and that was cool!
Overall, we were able to scratch off one of our bucket list items and locations. We will return on a day when the place is open for business and we will then make it a 5 Star...

The owner is a neon artist and the inside of the building is filled with dynamic art pieces. The building is also home to the iconic Austin mural which was recently restored. They sell giant retro art pieces, between $2,000-$25,000, and retro themed apparel and accessories, between $10-$50. Make sure to not take photos of the art pieces they are selling as they really donāt like that.
