Store manager is a Caucasian male who I witnessed interacting with an Uber driver today. The manager didn't want to leave the female driver a thumbs up satisfaction rating. Having been an Uber driver myself, I understand the importance of maintaining ratings. The store manager told the Uber driver, "No, my guys aren't doing that, their going to do their job." I applaud the Uber driver who politely left the order on the counter and did her job elsewhere. What this "Manager" failed to respect is the simple fact that we work together as Merchant and Delivery Driver. It takes all of 5 seconds to rate a driver. It's literally 1 click of a button. RATINGS are a part of the Uber driver's job and the Merchant (in this case Starbucks) is a party to that. This is my order every time I go to Starbucks, which is multiple times a week, but this is the first time I’ve ordered it with this store. When I got the order, the VENTI cup was only filled halfway, the other half of the cup was half whipped cream half air. What a ripoff… normally when I order this from any other store, the Frappuccino is filled up to the top of the cup and then they use a dome lid to hold in the whipped cream. When I put in a complaint with Postmates, they said there was nothing they could do because I still receive the drink I ordered. 🙃 Except I received a grande AT MOST when I paid extra for a VENTI.

Seems to be run by a bunch of college kids (or at least that's who was working when I was there), which is fine and all, but they were loudly complaining about not liking the Starbucks radio, then switched to blasting 2000's pop music all afternoon. Then at 5pm, 2 hours before they close, they started putting up chairs and mopping.
