Reel Popcorn — Local services in Austin

We POPPED (lol) into Reel Popcorn just 10 minutes before they were closing and had such a great experience. I’m not usually one to walk into a store right before they shut down for the night, but I needed to grab a gift for my step-dad. Thankfully, we didn’t feel rushed at all. The employee working was friendly and helped us pick out some flavors.

We ended up getting five flavors: Kill Dill, Banana Pudding, Cookies & Cream, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Buttery. The whole process was super quick, and we were out of there in no time.

Now, onto the popcorn - my step-dad tried the Buttery and Banana Pudding flavors, and he really enjoyed the buttery one. Considering he’s obsessed with popcorn, that’s saying something!

We dug into the other flavors ourselves and were blown away by Kill Dill. The pickle flavor is spot-on, and the popcorn was perfectly coated!

Overall, I’m happy with the experience and the popcorn. I’ll definitely be back to try more...

This place is great! Came here and got some popcorn for Father’s Day and had to leave a review because we liked it so much. We got Buffalo, garlic parm and jalapeño cheddar. All three were great but I think my favorite is the Buffalo. Prices were super reasonable and they have a deal where if you buy a tin you get half off refills for life. The store is themed all around movies and they had a seating area with movie theater seats and a movie playing on a big projector. Would be a really fun place to rent out for a birthday party or something where kids could try a bunch of different popcorn flavors and have their own private movie screening.
