This is a great gym if you're near east Austin. We got a month pass for just $115. The place is spacious and light, and feels brand new. Has bands, weights, sleds, Jacobs ladder, basically everything you need. Dumbbells go up to 110lbs I think. Never very busy here, we went various times of the day. If you go early weekend morning or late nights, you'll probably share it with just one or two others. Showers and a small sauna too. No lockers but the shelves you leave stuff on feels safe enough. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Mostly chilled vibes the other members, except the occasional special case that needs to sing at the top of their voice for attention. Also be good if they could do protein shakes, I get the feeling they will at some point. Can park right out front. Highly recommend.

One of a kind indoor gym. Clean, brand new equipment and air-conditioned space. Everything Squatch was missing is here. Special mention to the indoor turf area with the sleds out back. They also have a coffee bar for a morning pick me up!

Love the Colosseum. Great equipment, clean space, and the new turf/functional area is top notch. Awesome community as well!

Great Gym !

Review for my personal trainer Nancy Medina

My two months with Nancy Medina have been nothing short of transformative. I came to her seeking change, and she delivered beyond my wildest expectations. In just eight weeks, I've shed over 15 pounds and witnessed a dramatic shift in my physique. But the changes aren't just superficial; my strength has skyrocketed.

Nancy's knowledge of bodybuilding is truly exceptional. She possesses an in-depth understanding of how to tailor training programs for both men and women, with a level of hyper-focus that is truly inspiring.

She doesn't just provide generic workouts; she crafts personalized plans that address individual needs and goals. Her nutrition plans are equally meticulous, providing the perfect fuel for optimal results.

What sets Nancy apart is her unwavering dedication to her clients. She's not just a trainer; she's a coach, a motivator, and a true partner in your fitness journey. She pushes you to your limits, but always with a supportive and encouraging approach.

If you're serious about transforming your body and your strength, Nancy Medina is the answer. I can't recommend her highly enough. I personally recommend committing to her for over 3 months because consistency...
