Tried to order over the phone to get a promo deal.. and the P.J. ās employee lady, kept cutting me off and the tone of voice she used did not sound like she wanted to help me at all. Like sorry your promo does not work thatās your problem, donāt bother me with your problem. Plus she tried to brush me off by saying that she doesnāt have that deal on her system, which I would understand but the tone she used just ended up discouraging me from buying from their location. I felt that if I would of ended up ordering without the promo coupon my pizzas would of not been prepared with much love and attention. Thanks for being helpful.. Iāll just order from another Papa Johns location without the promo, since it seems that Papa Johns has got a fake promo code going around in the mail. Papa Johns has always been one of my favorite pizza places. Never have had a bad experience until now. Then when it was about time for it to be delivered I tracked my order again and it had been cancelled. So my brother called back trying to get an explanation for this and we kept getting the same woman on the phone who refused to let us talk to management. Kept trying to change her voice or something. The person who picked up the phone was supper nice and I could tell he was super busy (phones ringing in the background). When I asked about the order, he deeply apologized and was straight honest with me that they were unfortunately short on staff and quickly gave me the option to a courtesy meal. Mind you, he never sounded aggravated or hesitant while dealing with me. He was very professional and generous. The delivery guy was the same! I felt so sorry for him because you can tell he was rushing (he literally was out of breathe at our door). He also apologized and you could tell he was sincere. So, we gave him a good tip :)
This was good service coming from the local Papa John's even though the order was late. We were a bit upset that it took awhile at first, but the way the person on the phone AND the delivery guy handled us was so professional, caring and nice that we ended up being more than satisfied...
