Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I'm an RN by profession, and I've been contemplating getting my eyebrows and eyeliner done for appx 10 years. However, I just hadn't seen anyone around my age who had that natural look that I wanted for the investment. Most of the work I had seen on co-workers looked very dark and thick, and I felt like it actually took away from their natural beauty. I saw some of Annette's work on Facebook and was instantly intrigued by her artistry. I had to make a consultation appointment to check this facility and artist out. Annette overexceded my expectations in numerous ways. Her shop is secure. It stays locked until she messages you to let you in. There is constant sanitizing anywhere and everywhere. Being in healthcare cleanliness is huge for us. She is very knowledgeable in her craft. She answers any questions or concerns you have. She asks you what your expectations are and gives suggestions as well. There is absolutely no pressure to have a procedure or not. It's truly informational. If you do decide to go forward in scheduling, she tells you what to do in the time leading up to the procedure for the best results and comfort. The day of the procedure was wonderful. Her time is completely devoted to you and the task at hand. No ringing phones to answer as you see in other salons, and it was very appreciated. She is meticulous in every bit of her work. Right down to even timing the lidocaine to make sure the numbing has had the proper amount of time to work with an alarm. She times her work out to know when to reapply the lidocaine as well. Throughout this whole time, she's continuously conscious of the sanitizing aspect. Annette has this very soft-spoken, soothing demeanor. It's just so pleasant. The music plays in the background, she hums softly as she creates her magic, and the whole experience is exactly what this perfectionist needed after searching for 10 years. Austin has a hidden treasure in the middle of town and if you're a woman in dire need of some relaxing self indulgence I promise you that you will be beyond impressed with anything you have...

I had a fantastic experience today getting my eyeliner. After many years of contemplating, I met Annette and I decided it was time to schedule. From the moment upon entering the studio it was impressive. The studio has a great vibe, great music and is impressively clean. Annette is knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, meticulous and completely took any of my anxiety away. She was completely focused on me for the entire appointment. She washed her hands a lot and was very conscious of cross contamination. The procedure itself was great, actually I found it relaxing. It was the most comfortable tattoo that I have ever gotten. Annette had all my trust and she completely delivered. It's only the first night after my procedure and I already love it. Annette, has talent and vision to achieve the best possible results! I have been a nurse for 40 years, and a practice that impressed me the most, is her STRICT adherence to asepsis! She teaches and coaches to avoid any contamination or possible infection. Annette sets clear expectations when establishing a consultation prior to securing an appointment. It is vital that realistic expectations are set and understood by her clients to achieve optimal results! I have yet to meet a professional of her standard that provides that gold standard service, as she answered so very many multiple questions, often for reassurance etc. I would highly recommend this talented professional for semi permeant makeup or tattoos.
