Coffee House On Main — Restaurant in Austin

A true local cafe where you can find a bit of Zen during a busy day.

It's nice when you visit a local coffee house. It's exactly what you would expect to see, ads for local events in the city and other businesses. These local coffee shops also provide a wealth of knowledge of the city from conversations with the patrons.

The coffee was on point. We also ordered a refreshing fruit smoothie which I was told from the kids was one of the best they have had.

I was lucky to meet with Kyle the owner and he was welcoming and kind. He provided a bunch of cool information regarding the city and life in Austin.

I have never visited a coffee shop where I loved my iced americano. Coffee House on Main uses a darker roast for their espresso, and on ice it was amazing! It’s the only iced americano I’ve ever liked besides my daily Starbucks go to. I did order an extra shot (3 shot) as well.

My only disappointment was that I couldn’t get one Sunday morning because they were closed 😢

Very friendly staff and great coffee with a very chill vibe. This place is busy at breakfast and lunch times but they do a good job. They used to have sugar free smores syrup which was my FAV to add to my coffees and I wish they would bring it back, but the Amaretto is great too. I love that they are very community based and have ads for all the local events in town and they are right at the counter where you can read them while you wait for your coffee.
