Had an incident, and the staff took over 10 minutes to come check on my daughter. This was after I had to get her hair detached (what was still attached to her head) from the merry go round and they had taken the huge pile of hair, so they knew it was more serious. someone asked for an ice pack for us, and they said they didn't have one. When the owner showed she found the smallest ice pack (fit in the palm of my hand). The employee started blaming me or more accurately trying to not blame herself. I was trying to tell the owner what I knew to have happened and was continually interrupted by the employee who called me a liar and wouldn't let me talk. I told her it was my turn and she could have her turn later. I was trying to get my 3 girls out of there at this point. That same employee informed me she doesn't ever "look over there because it's not my job" referring to the whole area where the customers are. So I have no idea how she could think I was lying since she never looked in our direction or came to check on us within the first 10 minutes (including after I said my daughter had been scalped). I was assured this never happened before but both employee and owner, but that means nothing if it's allowed to happen again. We will never go back. I will not frequent a business that tries to ignore the customer and put them in the wrong. I was present and supervising my 3 kids as well as the 2 random other ones on the merry go round (one of whom was spinning the wheel my daughter got stuck on). They never took my name or contact info. The owner said she had printed off incident reports, but can never find them. You need to put the reports in a folder and glue it to the wall right next to the first aid kit - just a suggestion. Also training employees how to handle conflict and crisis would be a good thing. Maybe even make sure they are first aid certified. Anything to make your business more viable and safe.
Edit: owners put the employee on leave, and apologized like they should have when we contacted them via phone. We will still not be returning. Added a few stars back, but no 2 year old should have to experience this. No mom should have to be berated by an employee when her child is crying in her lap. No business should be operating without training their employees how to handle these situations and have procedures for incidents as well as well placed incident reports and...

My little boy had a bloody nose from bumping into another little boy on the trampoline I was trying to get his bloody nose in control as well as put away my screaming 5-month-old and collect my 2 and 1/2-year-old and the staff immediately looked at my bleeding little boy and said " you guys have to leave"
No kidding! I am completely aware of health codes and I went to school for nursing. I am 100% aware of how procedure should be taken care of and this was blatantly, rude and amateur hour. Thankful for the couple other moms who offered to help and remain calm. When catering to young children, perhaps you should save your money and go to we Rock the Spectrum. Their staff is absolutely incredible and they are always there to help
Edit: I spoke with the owner and she was apologetic but nothing has really changed my opinion on this matter. We were not offered a first aid kit, we were not offered any empathy we were told to leave. I took my bleeding child out in the parking lot along with my baby and my toddler and we sat in the car trying to get situated before we left. She made mention that since the parents are there they are not medically trained and they assume the parents would take over. This is just not a practical business approach when you are catering to small children. Very disappointed.
Shady AF that an injury happened on their equipment and their first reaction was to get us out ASAP not attend...
Read moreOne of the lady working there was very rude to my wife and my 2 year old toddler. Last time when my wife and my son were there they said no outside food is allowed which we weren't aware of and we left because my son was hungry (he has allergy issues) limited to what he can eat.
Today, he was hungry again while he was playing. My wife brought him outside and fed him. Lady working there came outside and yelled(yes yelled) at her saying you should stay inside for us to keep head count. So now we can't feed our kid? There have Doritos and cheerios and my son with his allergy issues is really picky on what he eats. She also said very rudely, you are telling me your son doesn't like cheerios ? I don't believe that for one second. This is extremely rude behavior and can't talk about toddler like that. May be you should think about hiring friendly staff. If this lady is the part owner or the owner of the place , may be it's time you shut off the service business for toddler and open some other business were you can be rude to customers. This lady also said I can't have fire department to come shut us down (due to head count) because your son can't wait to eat. JUST...
