Hot honey chicken sandwich was excellent. Wings were OK, but both orders had 2 wings that were just like this weird chunk of meat with large bone pieces. There's only one POS terminal so 3 girls were lined up all waiting to use the terminal as you order beer from the bar, so 10 people in line all waiting to order food or drinks with one single terminal. New place! Was excited to go and found it reminiscent of an old German tavern. Not so much in the Oktoberfest vibes but moreso like it was being ran in the late 1930s Berlin. If you are looking for a bar to take your baby for some reason, this would be a great place to visit because nobody there is permitted to talk above the volume of the music. I’ve tried calling Big Top 20 times to add to an existing order, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to give a business more of your money and they make it impossible to reach them. I understand places get busy, but this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. If you can’t manage your phone lines, at least offer an online option or a better system for modifying orders.
