I stopped by here for the first time to simply have a computer worth over $2000 be factory reset and get a fresh installation of windows 10 as it had some malware on it that I had been unsuccessful at removing myself. There was only two elderly ladies inside who each were obviously as clueless as the next. The main lady who was supposedly the owners wife kept saying that would cost hundreds of dollars and was insisting that I would be best off buying a used $500 computer from there instead. I ended up going somewhere else in Greenville and got it all done for $80. So, either you tried to pull a fast one in an attempt to get over on me, or you people truly are that ignorant regarding computers.

Oh, and I actually did address my issue over 2 years ago in my original review before it was disputed and removed therefore I had to go back and edit it so that you couldn't abuse the report system, as many business owners are known to do. Originally me and my brother had to drop off our custom PC to Langleys computers due to the computer not receiving video; some connections were misplaced but he got the PC fixed quite quick 👌

Later on, the PC did receive internet directly connected but didn't have any wifi when the cable wasn't connected. It was fixed thanks to Mr Langley, we really learned some stuff from him that will definitely help us later on in the future, especially with us beginner PC builders.

My computer was on a slowwww downward spiral, I stopped by Langley's and asked Brenda if a computer doctor was available, she pointed me to Ray who was standing nearby. I explained my issues to Ray and he said he could get back up and running. He sure did, my computer has never run better. When I picked it up, Ray explained what he had done, made sure I understood and let me see how well it was running before I left. He and Brenda could not have been better during the process and I will go back to them with all my computer business. I highly recommend Langley...
