I was looking to buy a fairly new first car so I had gone to this ford dealership to look at a 2016 Subaru WRX, I took the vehicle for a test drive and it felt great aside from some small cosmetic defects it was an awesome vehicle. I proceeded to fill out my paper work and purchase this vehicle after the test drive and this is where things go wrong. After finishing all my paperwork I went to start my “new” car and it had a check engine light, I immediately went inside and Greg the manager got a code reader to diagnose the issue, he claimed this vehicle has never had any problems and assured me they would fix it. 3 days later they repaired my vehicle out of their own pocket and I had my car again. Not even 2 days after the repair this same vehicle had another check engine light for a misfire on cylinders 1 and 3 so I immediately called The dealership to which they reminded me there is no return policy’s and that they would refer me to their mechanics so I could repair the vehicle. It has been 3 days of calling them asking for information and every time I call they say they will get back to me later and never do. I was sold a Lemon at this Ford Dealership and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase anything from here unless you have a warranty or really like to work vehicles.

Awful Service Dept with Dishonest and Untruthful Employees On 5/1/25 walked into service after they never answered phone. I asked Daren M how much "the works" oil change. He stated $50 to $60. I asked him two to three times to be sure so no extra charges. Since price seemed decent to me made an appointment for Monday. Got the works done and told would be $96.03 !!! That's far from $50. Daren said used to be coupon and thought it was that $50 to $60. He said was sorry but offered no discount nor honoring the price he told me. I got my vehicle and checked pressure for tires. Rear tires 34 when paperwork said adjust pressure. Also said multi point inspection which I never received. I informed Daren he didn't ask Tech 15 what he did just said can have someone put air in. I told him no thanks done with this shady ford dealership. As I don't even think they rotated tires. I'm not even sure they changed the oil since they lied about price and adjusting pressure who knows ?? Hopefully, Ford gets this dealership some help with training or shuts it down.

Wow! My husband got upset when he checked my receipt ("We're Always Cheaper" - their motto…) after I went there to get an ordered spare wheel and tire (for an RV). They charged a small fee for waste disposal (what waste?). They originally thought they were going to install the tire on the vehicle so they also added labor charges for that. I asked for that cost to be removed - the service manager guy said okay. Then he said your wheel and tire is ready to go. But it was heavy, so I said "I can't lift it from the ground up and into the back, could you help me with that?" So he had the very nice mechanic to place it in the back; THEN charged a LABOR fee of $25.00 for having him roll it to my vehicle and placing it in there... INSANE!!! June 2023.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This place will rob you blind. I’ve been told numerous times, that ever since this dealership went from Leo Venters to Doug Henry, that it went downhill, and I found out first hand this week to be true. I called last week about an issue, spoke with Danny the service manager, after he got my VIN and some other info, I was told that my problem would “more than likely” be covered under my extended warranty, but they’d have to run all the diagnostic tests to be sure what code would tell them exactly what was wrong. Fair enough. When I asked about the diagnostic tests being covered under my warranty, he led me to believe that they could run the test for no charge, because of my extended warranty, so I dropped it off to them to find out what was going on. When they called me back, not only was my problem NOT COVERED under my warranty (after being told “more than likely” it would be), but then the year charged me $112 just to run the diagnostics on it to tell me what we already knew the problem was. When I questioned this charge, the service manager, Danny, was VERY rude and LIED TO ME AGAIN, saying that he had told me it would be $100 charge to run the diagnostics. HE NEVER TOLD ME I’D BE CHARGED $100. If he had, why would I pay them $100 for them to tell me what I already knew? I had already got the codes from the FREE diagnostic scan at Auto Zone. It’s ridiculous enough for Ford not to cover a throttle body as “part of the engine” in my extended power train (engine, trans, drive train) warranty, but then for the dealership to screw me out of $112 and when I question it, to LIE TO ME again?? I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY DOUG HENRY AGAIN. They will NEVER get another dime from me. This place is NOT the same place with the same quality work and same honest staff it was when it was Leo Venters. THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU now, led by their main thief and liar, their service manager. This place is a circus now, and this DANNY knows ZERO about good customer service. They don’t even deserve 1 star, but that’s the minimum I can do to leave a review to warn everyone, DO...

“This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer.” This dealership absolutely did right by me. They were courteous, provided AMAZING customer service, and were a wealth of knowledge on the car I was interested in (and bought). I ABSOLUTELY recommend Doug Henry Ford, specifically Greg Dawson, who helped me with everything. I love my car, I love the dealership, and I LOVED their respect and patience. This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer!!

“Seamless experience!” In search of a new Audi, I had visited a several dealerships. Doug Henry Ford was by far the most attentive and helpful. More specifically, our sales manager, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Greg Dawson General Sales Manager went above and beyond for me. Not only did fulfill every request and answered every question I had. He did so without pressure or hesitation.

Mr. Greg even had my car delivered to me from North Carolina to South Carolina. Ron and Raigan transported my car here from NC. Delivered straight to my front door with a smile. Some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with Doug Henry Ford.

Ash Elhafiane in financing also went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and all of my needs were answered correctly, and in a timely manner. Super impressed by every single person that I came in contact with at this establishment.

This made my buying process a lot easier than expected. We would like to thank the whole team at Doug Henry Ford for a seamless experience. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends...

I normally am overly enthusiastic about the service I receive in the past, but this time, I was VERY disappointed. I asked for an appointment online and was called with a confirmation for Monday. I dropped my truck off Sunday night and made arrangements to catch a ride to and from work. Throughout the course of day no one contacted me on the status of my truck. I had to call and was given the run around that someone would call me back. By that time my ride had gotten off work and left. When I called back to see about my truck, I was told that it wouldn’t be ready. I let the person know that I had caught a ride to work (1st day my fault) but I when I asked for a loaner, I was placed on hold again for some time and was then told that there was no loaner. When I let the person know that I would have to figure out how to get home, I at least thought they would suggest the shuttle come to take me home but no response like that. I had to catch a ride to work 2 hrs early cause that was the person’s scheduled time to work. I used to take my vehicles to Sale Ford, but they became unreliable and messy so when I came to your facility, I started to brag on your facility all the time to my brother who kept asking because he was tired of Sale also. He has a Shelby Super Snake as well as a Lightning and was convinced to bring his business to you until I told him about this experience. I understand that things happen and we all get busy, but the lack of communication and me having to bum a ride for 2 days for an oil change and wipers...
