DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This place will rob you blind. Iâve been told numerous times, that ever since this dealership went from Leo Venters to Doug Henry, that it went downhill, and I found out first hand this week to be true. I called last week about an issue, spoke with Danny the service manager, after he got my VIN and some other info, I was told that my problem would âmore than likelyâ be covered under my extended warranty, but theyâd have to run all the diagnostic tests to be sure what code would tell them exactly what was wrong. Fair enough. When I asked about the diagnostic tests being covered under my warranty, he led me to believe that they could run the test for no charge, because of my extended warranty, so I dropped it off to them to find out what was going on. When they called me back, not only was my problem NOT COVERED under my warranty (after being told âmore than likelyâ it would be), but then the year charged me $112 just to run the diagnostics on it to tell me what we already knew the problem was. When I questioned this charge, the service manager, Danny, was VERY rude and LIED TO ME AGAIN, saying that he had told me it would be $100 charge to run the diagnostics. HE NEVER TOLD ME IâD BE CHARGED $100. If he had, why would I pay them $100 for them to tell me what I already knew? I had already got the codes from the FREE diagnostic scan at Auto Zone. Itâs ridiculous enough for Ford not to cover a throttle body as âpart of the engineâ in my extended power train (engine, trans, drive train) warranty, but then for the dealership to screw me out of $112 and when I question it, to LIE TO ME again?? I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY DOUG HENRY AGAIN. They will NEVER get another dime from me. This place is NOT the same place with the same quality work and same honest staff it was when it was Leo Venters. âSeamless experience!â In search of a new Audi, I had visited a several dealerships. Doug Henry Ford was by far the most attentive and helpful. More specifically, our sales manager, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Greg Dawson General Sales Manager went above and beyond for me. Not only did fulfill every request and answered every question I had. He did so without pressure or hesitation.
Mr. Greg even had my car delivered to me from North Carolina to South Carolina. Ron and Raigan transported my car here from NC. Delivered straight to my front door with a smile. Some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with Doug Henry Ford.
Ash Elhafiane in financing also went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and all of my needs were answered correctly, and in a timely manner. Super impressed by every single person that I came in contact with at this establishment.

   Read moreI normally am overly enthusiastic about the service I receive in the past, but this time, I was VERY disappointed. I asked for an appointment online and was called with a confirmation for Monday. I dropped my truck off Sunday night and made arrangements to catch a ride to and from work. Throughout the course of day no one contacted me on the status of my truck. I had to call and was given the run around that someone would call me back. By that time my ride had gotten off work and left. When I called back to see about my truck, I was told that it wouldnât be ready. I let the person know that I had caught a ride to work (1st day my fault) but I when I asked for a loaner, I was placed on hold again for some time and was then told that there was no loaner. When I let the person know that I would have to figure out how to get home, I at least thought they would suggest the shuttle come to take me home but no response like that. I had to catch a ride to work 2 hrs early cause that was the personâs scheduled time to work. I used to take my vehicles to Sale Ford, but they became unreliable and messy so when I came to your facility, I started to brag on your facility all the time to my brother who kept asking because he was tired of Sale also. He has a Shelby Super Snake as well as a Lightning and was convinced to bring his business to you until I told him about this experience.
