What's the use of making a complaint? The tracking on my package said it was out for delivery. Two letters were delivered but the package wasn't. I have had the mail man turn around before and deliver a package that he "forgot". Today he must have overlooked it again . It's about four feet long containing a collectable sword... I'm home waiting for it now. In an hour I have to go to work. Now I'm angry and have to go to work.... UPDATE I have another package out for delivery. I just got the letters and the mailman explained that there is another vehicle that delivers packages. Maybe the letter delivery guy takes care of one area out of a few and the package person takes care of the entire area? You can't help buy like the mailman , he is very polite and seems to have calming powers over my dog. The dog ran out and just sat down. There is Santa Claus, the tooth fairy ... and now the mailman with canine...

I have had a very difficult time tracking down two packages that were mistakenly delivered to my old address, after a change of address was confirmed. After I reached out to the new tenants at my old address to ensure they were returned, the packages were then lost at the post office for some time. One finally made it to my new address, but the second is still missing. I was told it might have been returned to the sender, but it has been two weeks and the sender has not received it. No one seems to be knowledgeable about anything, and even with my pleasant and polite tone throughout this whole ordeal I am met with an attitude in return. The only person who was helpful in attempting to provide me with answers was John. Overall, very disappointed with the service here and will avoid them whenever possible to prevent items...

Delivery drivers need to respect the customer's property! 1st they tore up the area in front of mailbox...I understand that's not legally our property, but we maintain for aesthetics, 2nd we put circular border to prevent mudhole, and planted flowers, they tore that up.
