Fryday Nite Fish — Restaurant in Ayden

Im the type of person I want what I pay for because I have no problem paying for good quality food cooked the way I like it. Initially going to pick up my order their was confusion no problem be patient. Then I receive my food and its nothing like what I ask. Then the manager tells me we only cook fish one way cool but everybody dont Eat hard fish. Other restaurants give you a choice and the fish be completely cook so I dont understand what was the problem with why I couldn't receive what I ordered and if you cannot do it that way then the young lady should of told me that on the phone and I could have made the decision to eat elsewhere because I am not fond of Hard Fish but she didnt. Confusion with my order Confusion of how then to bring it all full throttle I drop my drinks going to the car and the manager tells me you have to purchase more, when they looked right at me doing it, was I disrespectful when the owner told me it wasnt her problem YES. Great customer service and longevity of business starts with all it doesn't matter what they look like who they are(NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER) Any restaurant would have replaced those drinks for free especially if they watched you dropped them, never had the best fish, I prefer 42 Fish Fry. But the strength they were black owned kept me wanting to sow because I also have my own business and I get it. I should of handle myself better with this situation but the Customer Service they provide sometimes you cant help yourself. Please put Customers before All cause I would have never told a customer no matter what its your problem not mine but hey the devil stays busy but Never Again will I go through this again. Stay humble because business strive today gone tomorrow and in order to stay in business God First Customer Service 2nd. I ordered 200 plates and drinks to be cooked and plated on site at my barbershop and that definitely did not happen. I was told the chicken would have to be cooked at the restaurant(that part was done) and the fish would be cooked onsite at my barbershop for my clients lunch (that part was not done).

Instead the owner, Tonnia, proceeded to let me know that there was a misunderstanding in which she never took accountability for. She also decided to not follow thru on my $3200 order of half chicken, half fish , and 200 drinks but decided to do what fitted her situation. (I received NO DRINKS). I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company without a contract.

On the flip side the food was well received...

I was out ryding my motorcycle and stopped by on 4/6/22.My first time here.I had a great trout sandwich(hot out of the grease) and it was abt 30 min before closing!The very friendly owner came out and introduced herself,told me how her business got its name,and how she is trying to serve her community with events at her place. She asked if I belonged to a MC and when I answered no, she informed me that bikers(lone riders and clubs)come hang out at her place a lot and invited me to come by.I truly appreciated her information and definitely the good food.Will be returning here for sure!
