Ordered an 8lb prime rib for Christmas dinner a week and a half ago for pick up on the 23rd. Got there, and they never ordered it! They did offer to substitute something else, but it was frozen. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. I called 15 minutes before closing and the staff quickly cut us 9 steaks for tonight’s dinner. They were even willing to stay a little late to make sure I was able to pick them up. The quality of meat was great. We will...
