I always see people trashing this location online to the point i even defended them a few times... Now i see why people talked so poorly of them I myself work in a restaurant so i know the way people should be treated an i was treated nothing like o should have been after spending $50 I placed a order online at 9:30 pm picked up my food but once i got home realized my sub was nothing like o ordered so I tried calling them at 10:05 i get they close at 10 but i know they were still in the building but nobody would answer the phone i know how it is to wanna get home after a long shift so I would have waited to the next day to get the sub I ordered but I couldn't get anyone to answer after calling several times so i trashed my sub because i was just so upset that everyone had what they ordered expect me who paid for the order I decided to call this morning to explain what happened i was just gonna let it go but I spent $50 so I felt I deserved to get what i paid for the sub i got was $10 when i got a manger on the phone she told me id have to bring my sub in to have another one made which i no longer had I would have had the sub if they would have answered last night when i called but since I didn't have my sub there was nothing they could do for me but give me attitude all because they messed up my order i paid with a card so i had proof that I placed the order it wasn't just something i made up to get free food or something even though thats how i was treated I didn't tell them my whole order was wrong just one sub i will never eat from this subway again not after spending $50 and being treated the way i was! Read moreAfter standing for several minutes before any of the 3 people behind the counter spoke... I ordered and paid for my meal. I paid for a large fountain drink - but later found the Pepsi was out. I asked the charming personality behind the register if I could get a 20oz out of the cooler. Leaving me standing again... she went to the back to ask the supervisor (who was outside fussing with someone when we walked in)...only to come back and tell me that I could get the 20oz Pepsi out of the cooler... but she would need my cup back.
Really? The 20oz probably cost less than the large fountain drink. She immediately threw the cup and the ice away... and if I wanted anything more out of the fountain machine - I would have gotten that before asking for the Pepsi that they were clearly out of.
Not really a big deal... but who does that? It wasnt my fault they were out. Had they posted a sign - I would have paid less for the 20oz to start with. She shoved my sandwich down the line and I wasn't even through ordering. Met the topping girl equally rude asked for what I wanted added from the previous clerk and she said it would cost extra. This was fine but I did not like the trite way she said it. By this time I was ready to leave but the person with me said no we would take it. Went down to pay and as I was telling the teen ringing me up what I had the previous one said she got extra cheese on the ham and cheese make sure to charge extra. The tone of voice was very unprofessional. I then asked for water to drink and the ring up clerk said that will be 25 cents. I was at that point furious with the whole experience and firmly said to the person I was with that I was through and that we were leaving!
