My husband bid on and won a nice Echo chainsaw (pictures and everything on the listing) via an online estate sale auction hosted by this company, and we paid via Venmo. When I went to pick it up (driving over an hour one way to do so), they handed me a cheap Black & Decker chainsaw. When I brought it to their attention that this was by no means the item that we had purchased, they "searched" for the correct item for 15-20 minutes. Finally, I was told that there was a mistake and the actual item that should have been in the online sale was the B&D chainsaw... there was no Echo chainsaw. No apologies, no remorse, nothing... I was told I had the option to keep the B&D chainsaw or get a refund. I asked to speak with a manager or owner, but was told they were not at the location that day. There's no way I was keeping the B&D chainsaw I didn't want and was no where near the price I had paid, so I requested a refund. I was told that a refund was unable to be processed on the spot, so I would have to wait until the following week to hear from a manager/owner and receive the refund. I was understandably hesitant to walk away without my refund based on the events, but didn't seem to have any other options. Fast forward to the following week, I received a refund to a credit card that was linked to my auction account but was NOT used for the purchase (again, I paid by Venmo), and never heard one word from anyone at the business following up on the incident. I can't help but feel like I was nearly scammed, I was unnerved by how little care the employee I largely interacted with had for the situation, and am disappointed that the company/ownership couldn't take the time to follow-up with me, as requested, regarding the issue. In the end, while I'm relieved to have received my money back, the negative impression this business left on me means I will never return...

Check their Web page for their current offerings... This is a well run business that provides opportunities to find some really good deals. I have participated in many sales and will keep doing business with LL Auctions. The only hesitation I have about giving it my highest recommendation, is I really don't want someone new bidding...
Read moreMy 70 year old dad bought something from ll auctions. He wasn't able to get to pick it up for two weeks. When I showed up to pick it up (old coin) the lady said they got rid of it and donated it to an employee. This us truly sad when they said they can ship it to you. The smart mouth lady did not care that they gave my dad's item away.
Reply to the owners reply. Talk to the woman with the white hair. my dad bought these and you have his address. Its a COIN, put it in a envelop and a stamp and charge him 5 bucks for shipping if you have to. Its not going to take up any real-estate to keep it a few more days. You had his phone # also. That lady DID tell me the coin was donated to someone since it was over two weeks. Ive found out since then via fb page that LL does this often. Your only open on Friday and...
