Brooklyn Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Just spent $50 for 2 Philly cheesesteak. I requested banana peppers instead of green peppers on both sandwiches and said to make it extra banana peppers too. . We added a large Greek salad and requested extra tomatoes with extra dressing since an earlier time I had ordered they had very little.dressing on the salad…. So I wanted more added. We order a French fry for 2. We also ordered a 10 piece ‘mild’ chicken wings.

First I want to say I called the restaurant to complain. I must say that I am very angry! I spoke to the owner. He was complacent and did not give a hoot about the horrible experience and food quality or following my special requests. The sandwich had zero flavor, greasy with barely any grilled onions or mushrooms and minuscule banana peppers were not added on our sandwiches. There was a too much cheese gobbed on the hunks of bread. The French fries were non-descript frozen and dry. The chicken wing were anorexic and over-fried with bone chards. The salad did not have the requested tomatoes I had requested either!!

This restaurant has been x’d permanently from my list. ...

They don't put any sauce on their pizza and they don't deliver since they are way too lazy just to lift a ladle of pizza sauce onto a pizza how pathetic I will never ever order from here ever again and I don't recommend any one else too either otherwise you will see no pizza sauce on your pizza too I called today about no sauce he said I have to bring it in when I work all day and night. Then he asked me what I want him to do I said give me a credit. Then he said he can’t do anything without seeing the product that’s ok he’s sure gonna see his product on all these terrible reviews I am leaving. Then their toppings aren’t even fresh. Their pineapple is canned pineapple so you can only imagine how Terri me the other toppings were. I asked for bacon I couldn’t even taste any bacon on there. I have to work and when I get off work they are already closed. I don’t have time to make a trip there out of my way in the morning either. So I do t recommend anyone to ever get a pizza from here plus I don’t even want a free pizza because they don’t even have...

Having lived in Brooklyn, NY for many years, I know what genuine Brooklyn style 🍕 is, and to be honest this is the closest to Brooklyn style pizza that I have eaten outside of New York state. The crust was thin like Brooklyn style, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The restaurant looks a little non-descript on the outside, but has a nice NYC themed decor on the inside.

I really love the buttery crust.which is better than I found in Brooklyn, but the mozzarella was a little different than found in NYC, but still decent. Also he made two fresh big slices (BK size) for me, which is a nice change, because most pizzerias just reheat already made pizza slices. BTW, they get bonus points because they have the complete set of "shakers" that I only found in Brooklyn pizzerias: garlic, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, hot red peppers, and oregano; they also have salt if you are curious.

Honestly my only complaint is that he shorted me $5.00 in change, but he apologized and gave me the correct change when I asked...
