Lucas Tortillas — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered from Doordash so can only comment on the food

I ordered beef fajitas (flour tortillas, refried beans) and queso. The fajitas and rice were perfectly fine. Refried beans were a little soupy but I still liked them. I LOVED the tortillas which made me even more sad that you couldn't buy extra a la carte (not sure if that's something the restaurant can fix or if doordash has to but just wanted to mention that I gladly would have bought lots, lol). The queso was so watery and bland. :( Super sad since that's what I was most excited about. Eating the queso on top of the fajitas was fine but the rest will be wasted because eating it with chips is not yummy. :/ Possibly a bad batch and it was kind of early in the day so not sure if that had anything...

We get breakfast tacos here at least 1-2 times a week. We love a good breakfast taco, and have tried every place nearby. None compare at all to Lucas. So much so that we are scared that we'll be totally screwed if they close lol. Tortillas are soft and a little chewy. The green sauce is so flavorful, not too spicy, creamy. Amazing. The potatoes are never under done. There's so much filling in them that we always take some out to give to our dogs. They always put salt, pepper, and napkins in out bag and ask us if we want chips and salsa. The inside is super cute and cozy too. We need to try other menu...

This used to be Guadalajara restaurant by the old laundry Matt. My favorite waitress in the world works there very long brown hair and it's usually braided. Food is amazing service is amazing... I love it when she brings me My sweet tea in a Togo cup before even asking me. Your the best mamm. Hope you never leave this Lucas's tortillas.. Thank you for always having a smile on your face and greeting and serving me forever now. Love my breakfast...
