So glad we asked Adrien a question about some of their dried soups… resulted in about 30 more minutes of us buying more food with Adrien’s help and suggestions and we originally just stopped in to do a little casual browsing! Spent over $100 and can’t wait to make all the nice food we bought! Thank you for carrying meats from local ranches with humanely raised meats - that’s so important and appreciated....

Craig is an amazingly hard worker with tons of knowledge about his products. It was difficult not buying more than I did as I was traveling through to go camping. Lots of products I haven't seen before in any market which is exciting, and the fact they have Bonfire Burritos, frozen Iberico meat, fresh produce, and tasty pastries from a Denver bakery make this a must-stop!
