Update: I am moving this company to five stars. They resolved this issue with nothing but professionalism. I very much appreciate their customer service.

This was an online order. I ordered some chainsaw chaps online May 31st. I received the wrong size in the mail. I talked to a customer service rep (who was extremely nice - Christina) on Thursday and had the wrong chaps sent back to the company on Thursday with a follow up email. I never heard anything back so I called Tuesday. Unfortunately the right size chaps were still not shipped out to me. I elected for a refund instead. Really nice people, but it would have taken 3-4 weeks from start to finish to get the right product. I bet the company is great, and the people seem really nice, but it didn't help...

An outstanding casual and work outdoor clothing store. Arborwear's name brand clothes are stylish, well sized, and well made.I have bought several items ranging from their classic hoodie, long sleeve shirts, short sleeve tee shirts, and cargo shorts. Each of these items is true to size, wears well, and is comfortable.

There also have been occasions where I was dissatisfied with how the clothing item bought wore. When I returned my purchase, the employee handling the return listened to my concerns. Promptly with no hesitation or excuses, the employee refunded my money.

Every time I shop at Arborwear I am treated well. This store goes the "extra mile" in customer service and...

Prices are a bit high, but these clothes are supreme quality.

I've been shopping Arborwear for 15 years. I still have the very first pair of pants I bought from them. They have some holes, but tree climbing will do that to fabric.
