Verizon — Local services in Bainbridge Township

Ordered an upgrade on Monday (Memorial Day), was told the phone would arrive within 2 days. I was told that the extra $30 i paid was, in part, to pay for Fed Ex shipping to my home. I called on Wednesday and was told the phone had just arrived - AT THE CHAGRIN STORE. The person I spoke with told me that because the phone had arrived after 3pm that they had missed the opportunity to send the phone to me overnight. (I then checked the fedex website and found out the phone had actually arrived at their location at 1pm - not "after 3pm"). I was then told to expect the phone by Friday, or Saturday - but "if it doesn't come by Saturday, it will definitely arrive by Monday". Today is Monday, and no phone. In the several times i've been to the Falls, I have never seen anyone in the store, and now I know why. Obviously the locals...

worst service and store ever! if i could give 0 stars i would! i went in for a new phone and got completely scammed. we were lied to and not given the receipt so we were blind to their misgivings. the manager, brandon and service person neil did not tell me they were opening new lines and forced product and maintenance that i did not want or need. the only reason i found any of this out was when i checked my bill which was $700! we’ve now had to call the get the all the information we were not given and i have to spend hours cancelling lines and returning product. what a complete waste of time both the day of purchase and after. shame on them!...

I was quoted a price over the phone before going down. Bought the phone. The details of the transaction were confusing and I figured I would review the receipt when I got it. I asked for one because it was not provided and he said he would email it. It was not on my Verizon account when I got home. When I stopped back in, another gentleman just printed it, as they should have done to begin with. The quoted price was $10 less than what he actually charged me.
