O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Baker

I went to the Baker location today to purchase a battery for my truck. The price was a bit higher than walmart, but the service was outstanding. The young man that helped me B. Ferguson was outstanding. I installed my battery in the parking lot to avoid going all the way home and come back for the core. B. Ferguson assisted. After installing the battery, my truck wouldn't start. He figured it out, I didn't have my cable tight enough. I have a 2016 Chevy which has a few connections inside that box on top of the battery. During the time there in the parking lot, i observed customers who appear to have a great relationship with that young man. One of my old co workers came at asked for him by name because. The kicker was, he stood outside with us to wait on B. Ferguson because they talked prior to his arrival. I also witnessed two other folks whom he interacted with by stating" hey I'll be in there in a few as soon as i finish". The funny part was, it was my fault that the wire wasn't connected properly. The patience that young man displayed was second to none. High 5 to his parents. O' Reily Auto Part must be a really good place to work to attract such a nice and knowledgeable young man. It's soo good to see a young man take pride in customer service. I hope who ever read this first let that young man know his customer service did not go unnoticed. If y'all have cameras outside, review the footage near the door between 6:20pm and 7:00pm....

Purchased a alternator for my 05 Camry which suppose to be a lifetime warranty!..Well two years later alternator stopped engaging but tested positive..they told me it was still good.Didnt honor their Warranty!.Got another alternator from Autozone car started with no problem!..Never shop at O riley...
