If I could give minus stars I would. Turbo Motors has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I came to them with a special circumstance and I believe they took that to their advantage. I only had $1000 down payment so they sold me a 2006 Toyota Avalon with about 121,000 miles which I felt was a great deal. But from the first night I brought the car home it started with problems. I brought it back and they tried to fix it ...guessing all at first until they decided to put it in the shop. They kept the car for two weeks and I was not given a loaner so I was back to being inconvenienced with no transportation. When I got the car back I was told if I had any more complaints they would give me my money back because he could sell the car for $4000 more than he sold it to me because he put $1800 work into it. Well the car still isn't fixed and I do have complaints. The car was sold with a 2015 inspection sticker and I still can't get it to pass an inspection. When I asked for my money back I was told that was taken off the table and that I can order a light bulb or whatever was needed to fix whatever is the problem. I am not naive to know that when you buy used cars there will be some things you will have to fix on vehicles..that's a given. But the things that were being addressed for this car should have been fixed BEFORE the car was sold to anyone. So no I am not happy with my experience or my purchase. Also I didn't appreciate being made to feel like $1000 was nothing to purchase a used car. Then they told me I gave them fraudulent payroll checks...really I've been with this company for years and been using the same checks with no problems. No finance company would have taken fake checks from somebody and I don't care what kind of deals you been sending them! I came to Turbo Motors because of my special circumstance not because major car lots wasn't approving me. But if you have a big down payment you can get in a car ...don't know if its dependable but you will drive...

I brought a 2019 Silverado from here. I didn’t make it home without an issue the hood latch was saying the hood was open and wasn’t.tried to bring the truck back they told me no.they fixed that next issue when I would put it in reverse the truck made a knocking noise they claim it came from them putting the catalytic converter on backwards I know it don’t go on a certain way but they definitely cut and reeled something all this happen in the same month of me buying the truck.they fix that my next issue was truck had a miss fire on cylinder 4 they claim someone unplugged my spark plug and coil.its no way my truck was parked in front a camera and nobody but them worked on my truck.next issue the truck wouldn’t start just out the blue this a 2018 so I brought it back again they claim some bolt was loose it worked for another month and now I’m having the same issue I call to get the truck fix by them b/c Sam said just bring it back to us will fix it it’s like pulling teeth to get a call back only time I got call backs was b/c my mom and aunt left bad reviews I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THEM if you have the funds and credit go somewhere else I should have but the truck was at a good price and I see why now TRUCK FROM HELL oh and the good reviews yall see are b/c the sit and hound you about a good review b4 you leave this is my honest review and I never leave reviews

Everything I posted is what was told to me one my starter wasn’t unplugged like yall said that was a lie I just had to go to a real shop and get it replaced two Sam himself said that it was put on backwards and yall cut and welded something under the truck so w/3 yall did I caught yall in another lie 3 nobody has been under my hood but yall b:c every time it broke I brought it back to yall it sits in front a camera when it’s parked so the spark plug being unplugged was definitely a lie cuz nobody has been under my hood and unless it’s some with super long arms it’s impossible to do it...

Potential buyers please stay away from this makeshift dealership. It is very disappointing that my nephew who had been stationed in Kuwait came home and was taken on a very rough ride by this dealership. The list of issues is long, but the latest brings me here to warn others.

They committed to fixing items on the vehicle post sale that have not been repaired. They added a warranty that they are not honoring, unless honoring is equal to charging him for all parts for the repairs. As of today, the truck is a few days over two months and dead!!! Yes, dead - they sold our soldier a lemon. I am firm believer that humans get what they give, so I am allowing you as future consumers to steer clear.

My sister pleaded with them less than 12 hours after he purchased the vehicle to take it back and the manager and owner refused and said Louisiana does not have a three day return window. Now, we are here trying to get him to his post military education because after spending 20k plus on a truck -- he is stranded.

Oh, and the reason the reviews seem high is because they have customers review before the deal is final and beg negative reviews to be removed. They got the wrong family this time and we won't remove the truth. The final decision is yours, but be careful and know that the others reviews are...
