This Walgreens needs a complete revamp of employees. The store itself is fine but that means nothing if the employees are perpetually incompetent. I have had SOOOOO many bad encounters here: from trying to get a walk-in covid shot only to be told I had to schedule the appointment, scheduling the appointment, downloading and filling out the paperwork, coming to my appointment only to be told WE ARE OUT OF VACCCINES BECAUSE WE GAVE THEM TO THE WALK-INS as well as ordering a prescription for a wisdom tooth infection to be delivered that was never sent out even after I called and inquired thus having to ask my sister to pick it up because I was in so much pain. But today of 10/2/2022 is it for me. I ordered delivery as my car is not working. I had perishable and non-perishable items. The young lady from Door dash arrives with one small bag. I asked her if that was all she was given and she said yes. I am starving and my stomach is close to feeding on itself and all I have are a DOGGONE bag of non-perishable items. I call the store and tell them that I only received one bag as the label clearly states 1 of 3. The female associate confirms that they didn't give the dasher the other 2 bags. I said, "can you send them out as I did pay for delivery?" As per expected in the HOOD the response was, "we can't call door dash." Then I had to inquire about getting my refund for the items not received because they are never inspired to make things right themselves. If there were any real customer service, they would have contacted door dash and paid the cost as it was their(NOT MINE) incompetence that cost me my order. If you just HAVE to stop and get what you need then stop here but if you time..... keep driving .HOODgreens will never fail to give the disappointment you...

I was mortified because this was wax you would use on your private areas when I called the store I spoke with a young lady and explained what happen and she started with... Well first of all. Which was very very unprofessional, because everyone knows you should always start with apologizing I felt like I was wasting my time and hers. she really has no reason to be working or interacting with any human being until she learns proper protocol and customer service skills. Next time I'll just suck it up and go to Walmart across the street like I should have planned on doing. When she returned, I asked her if she asked me to hold on, she said no how can I help you. When I started to tell her why I was calling she said hold on and immediately put me on hold again!!! Very unprofessional and RUDE!!! I will be calling the corporate office and complain further because a lot of you allās customers are not well and are of a certain age and this type of behavior is unacceptable. I did speak with the pharmacist that was working and he said that he would have a conversation with her but I think a written warning needs to be completed because Iām sure that this is normal...
