Kind of sad about what I’m going to say but the lady I think she the owner she is sooooooo nice she didn’t do my nails but her customer service is amazing ! But I had went twice for different things nail broke within 2 days the guy who chair in the way back with glasses needs to retire he just not joyful like the manager I feel if she gets new staff and their work is actually good her place will be sooooo much better I saw other people nails they use tooooo much acrylic they guy who did my nails was extremely lazy he didn’t even file my acrylic with all the tools he supposed to use they don’t do much for pedi they asked for pedi but I denied I wouldn’t return my opinion I wish the manager the best she so nice get new workers maybe little younger than current workers who have style and swag as people say I just didn’t like my nails thought I did until I got home 3 stars for my nails 5 for manager hospitality and...

The woman who did my full set with French tip and pedicure was awful. She was rude and didn't want to listen to me when I told her what I wanted. First she got rude about me not wanting pink as a my base for a French and she got pissy about the shape I wanted. I like square but not pointed edges. She kept pointing them and I kept asking her to round the edges she dropped my hand aggressively and said show me a picture. Which I did and she still did it wrong. Then I noticed her fingers were sticking to mine as she was doing the acrylic and it was all over me. When I asked about it she said she'd get it at the end. Ok well my fingers are still covered there's cotton still stuck to them and the gel I assume is well past my cuticle. The white tips are very uneven also. Worst experience I've ever had. I will say one lady was very nice and I don't know her name but I would absolutely not recommend...

Nice lady, but very unsanitary. Lots of cross contamination going on here. I went for a wax.After my services started, I noticed the operator was not wearing gloves. I also noticed she had both dirty and cleans supplies in the same chair that she was using as a table and double dipping in the wax pot with the same stick to apply the wax to my skin. She put all of cloths on my clothing, which she put back on the shelf after for later use. I was disgusted, felt so unclean and violated. Keep in mind operator had a client waiting for an eyebrow wax after my service was completed. The very same wax used on my body was cross contaminated to another clients face.
