Pizza Twist — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I'm hoping this is accepted as constructive criticism as there is SOOO much potential here for a truly outstanding and unique product. First, the service was really excellent and the gentleman that took my order was very helpful in explaining what they had and that it was a very unique product. I ordered a 12" half chicken tikka masala and half paneer tikka masala pizza. It looked fantastic but had a rather heavy dose of cilantro on it. It was added after baking so I was able to remove much of it. The concept is really good but I'd like to offer some changes for a better experience. First, the dough was devoid of any flavor and was rather dry and chewy but it was on the thin side which is what I like (my favorite is NY style thin-ish pizza) so work on a better dough with maybe just an hint of sweetness and that might solve that problem. The other issue is the pieces of chicken and paneer are diced very small and when baked are rendered into almost unchewable dried nuggets. My suggestion there is to add those topping late in the baking process to keep them soft and juicy. I do like the smaller pieces of protein covering most of the pizza but they can't stand baking that long with the rest of the toppings. We spent 60.00 on 4 pizza with 3 toppings each. We are all about supporting small business around our community during this pandemic, but we also would hoped it would be reciprocated in the same manner when serving food. We recieved pizza that was dry, overcooked, greasy, and lack the amount of toppings ordered on each pizza. It seemed as if the pizza was already cooked and re-cooked with added toppings. It was also cold when recieved. We are fully aware of mistakes happening, but can't understand why all 4 pizza where jacked up. We believe that calling them to settle the issue would be wise, but the employee couldn't guarantee us satisfaction or recompense for these mistakes. We are a family of 5 and and believe that we should recieve better than what is advertised. That we did not. We could of spent less at a market buying frozen pizza and came out with better quality. I like chicago pizza but this is my 2nd time i felt that they treat you as a number instead of treating as a customer as when i went to pickup order a young gentleman was saying that pizza is not ready even after waiting 30 mins and then once pizza is ready finally after 1 hr they told me i have to pay $8 more even though i ordered online and they gave me options to pay online and how do i pay online if i already ordered pizza and 1hr passed and then when i ask how i can pay online they said they cant do anything and i said okay i can order another online and pay then they said okay you cant do that without canceling but it doesn't make sense i ordered online and they should only take the money what i have ordered and they told our owner changed system 2 days ago and i wants to contact owner that this is not a good thing as you should get money whatever it says online and the receipt they gave me is totally different than my online...
