To be honest there service was somewhat kind, but there food was not the best, my beans and nacho cheese were cold, the suace packages were a disgusting mess making me lose half my appetite, the last was having to serve myself a refill only for there soda machine to be out of oder and I have to ask them to refill for me. Which is truly a big gripe im having, no service should be allowed like this, if I want to refill my drink or flask with soda as much as I want I will do so on my terms. They also have there restrooms with security codes, how incompetent for them to just deal with whomever is refusing to leave the restrooms by there own hands. A good reason to hire more employees to get the job done right and proper. I do hope they fix these problems, I froget to mention my parents nacho pizza were cold to as well, seem like there running our food on a salad bar instead of a grill, major upset. Upon arriving, the busy drive-thru line stretched around the building, but the warm glow emanating from inside hinted at the delicious delights waiting. Unfortunately, when it was my turn to order, the tinny drive-thru speaker made it difficult to communicate my choices clearly to the employee. However, any frustrations melted away as soon as I opened the bag in my car. The chicken grilled cheese burrito was a cheesy, melty masterpiece surrounded by a soft tortilla. Taking a bite, flavors of rice, chicken and three molten cheeses exploded in my mouth. The nacho fries supreme were a crispy, crunchy concoction topped with a vivid vermillion salsa, spicy jalapeños and cool sour cream. Both hits satiated my hunger completely. Tonight I had walked inside to order cause I was trying to be considerate about their drive thru times having worked fast food before.
First impression when I walk in they say hello and immediately point me toward a set of kiosks that I haven't used before and tell me I can order over there and shoos me away and even though I said it's fine I'm still looking they then send someone out to "help us use the kiosk to order" (mind you the drive thru had 1 car in it when I pulled up and no one inside besides myself and the staff)
Not understanding this new system i got frustrated, because it's late I'm tired and hungry and trying to get home to kids to feed them I ended up going through the drive thru just to have my order not completed fully anyway.
So if your staff can't even get the order right when they take the order. Why do you believe the normal consumer not dealing with these day to day are able to fulfill their order exactly the way they want it instead of someone trained on said system?
