Señor Taco — Restaurant in Bakersfield

A friend recommended I try this spot so I gave it a shot. Now I can understand from a cook's perspective on how rushed things could get in the kitchen... What I don't understand is how you think freezer cold shredded cheese would melt with the heat of the burritos meat only. I ordered the coldest Cali burrito in my life, which at the first couple of bites, I told myself, "It's no big deal, I'll just microwave it." I did. Now I have a passable Cali Burrito with scorching hot sour cream. At this point, I just lay the burrito to rest in the trash. The first experience we had, we came in at 8pm and the cashier told us we couldn't dine in, despite not closing for an hour. The second time, we opted to give it another chance (Funny, it was after 8pm and dining wasn't an issue with a different cashier?) and we asked the cashier to please make sure there wasn't cheese on the nachos (lactose intolerant) and she said she would make sure. I usually dont have any complaints about this place until today. I called to place an order for pick up and the girl who answered seemed irritated. When picking up my food the same girl who took my order was also working the register because she had the same terrible customer service skills. I ordered carne asada burritos. I don't know what happened to this place but quality seems to NOT be important. The rice in our burritos was very undercooked which made the burritos not enjoyable.The meat which was very little was also too salty and over seasoned.
