Okay I went here twice, the first time wasn't so bad, only issue is I wish my hair came out more red instead of brown, but everything else was fine. Cynthia was great. But the second time I went in it was a total disaster, Janeth my hair stylist said "you should have come to me first, I'm the only one with the 17 years experience and the girl before didnt know what she was doing and shouldn't have been allowed to dye your hair." and kept on and on how qualified she was. Well I do not believe that. I have been getting my hair dyed twice a year since I was 17 and I'm 44 now and this was the worst dye job I have ever had. It still wasn't red like I asked, she styled my hair differently one side of my head and different on the other, but the worst thing was when you get your hair dyed professionally you don't see dye on your head before your hairline or spots of dye on your face or ears when you go for a root touch up. I hadn’t been to a Supercuts in YEARS… my regular gal that cuts my hair was on an 8 cruise (the nerve, right?) but my hair was too long and really bothering me. So I got a whim and called the nearest one to ask about walk-ins. The girl that answered said she put my down for the next available opening (only 22 minutes away- 7pm) so I said I’d be there. Walked in, saw one girl with one customer and was asked to take a seat. Another girl (Lucy) popped out from the back with a friendly greeting and told me where to sit. She asked what I wanted and started at it. It’s always a bit awkward with the chit chat with someone you just met, but she was very pleasant while she efficiently clipped away. Almost done and I said a little shorter please. A few minutes later, we’re all done. $27 (with my senior discount, plus a tip of course), and I’m on my way - another happy customer.
