My kids and I love their donuts, but the customer service and friendly atmosphere is majorly lacking. Almost every single person that works here is rude; they’re pushy/rush you to pick your donuts and make you feel very unwelcome. The looks they give when you stay and eat are unreal. If their donuts weren’t some of the best in town, I would never return because of how rude they were to my 5 year old daughter when she was taking her time to pick out her donut…. And then when my daughter did pick what she wanted, the worker was so busy talking in her language to her co-worker, she didn’t hear her, and then rudely snapped “I can’t hear you.” Maybe if they focused more on their customers instead of each other, they would be able to hear. They don’t read the notes that specify which “type” of old fashioned, bar or buttermilk donuts you actually want and just put in the plain. I’ve been sick for a week, hardly ever eat donuts, and was craving one for the first time. $20 later I received my order and did not have one correct flavor I specified. The person on the phone was arguing that I didn’t specify but when I suggested she looked at the notes~she did, saw she completely messed up and just said “Sorry” and hung up. So disappointed after not wanting to eat for a week and then specifically wanting one particular thing….Even if I knew it wasn’t the best choice...
