Worst pizza place I've ordered at. Used to be great untill about a year and a half ago, they must've changed owners or lack of management. I remember going there last summer no air-conditioning and would be 90-95 degrees in the store. Employees are ignorant and have no people skills, but what do you expect with minimum-wage employees and a no accountability position. Every time I have ordered I have had to stay there an additional 20-45 minutes from what I was told on order time. Used to be a great pizza place always fresh and delicious previous employees were friendly, knowledgeable and pizza always done on time. After my last experience I waited about 4 to 5 months thinking that there would be different employees now, but when I walked to the door the same simpletons still working there. Their online ordering did add an app that's supposed to show real world time pizza process start to finish and a time window when it will be ready. It showed The status of my pizza, and when it showed that it was being boxed I left the house. I arrived there about eight minutes later they said the pizza was not done it was still being made. Why have an app if it's not gonna be accurate. I get the same blanks stair as before and no answer. Other Pizza Places Domino's, Pizza Hut exc.. right on the money from when they say the pizza will be ready. I understand there's times when it's busy and it's not gonna be accurate but the last dozen times I've been there this has happened, no excuse. Their relatives must own the store because there's no way that they would be able to be employed more than a few days if not. Every time I've been in their other customers we're frustrated and felt the same way as I do. I do not know how this place stays in business or...
Read moreI had ordered a small order (one large pizza and cheese bread) online. I tracked the order and it was on track to arrive in the 15 minute window. When it stoped progressing thru the order(it went thru âreceivedâ, âbakingâ, and then âpreparingâ)and it was 20 minutes past the latest arrival time, I decided to call the store to ask for an update. When I called I spoke to the manager, Brad, who explained that a large order had come in and that my order was going to be at least another HOUR and that they hadnât even started the order despite what the online tracker was showing. This meant it would have made it close to an hour and a half past when the order was supposed to arrive and over 2.5 hours past when I had ordered it. Also the order was placed at 4pm(not usually a busy time)!!
I expressed to Brad that it didnât make sense and his response was that the online tracker isnât always accurate. No apology, just very matter of fact. I expressed that I was displeased and was not willing to wait. He said it would still be an hour and I had to ask for a cancellation and my money back.
I work in Customer Service and I was extremely disappointed at the response. I will not be ordering from this specific location...
Read moreIf you think the ultimate display of pettiness is complaining on a public forum about an unscheduled $37 food purchase, trust your instincts.
On another note, I felt bad for the employees here as tonight I witnessed their diligent labor burdened by unrealistic demands from truly hostile customers. Part of me was compassionate toward one customer's clearly exacerbated hunger; the other part wanted to remind the man that he was harassing a low wage employee over a situation clearly beyond the individual's control, and that choosing violence was not a good option. Brass tax: I'm confident the McDonalds down the way has McNuggies ready to go.
For my part, I just wanted an honest ETA for my order after the online tracker was clearly mistaken, by a factor larger than would be considered reasonable by a family of 6 already an hour past dinner time.
In the end, my lovely bride once again wins the argument about where to purchase the next order of cheesy ketchup bread, likely landing at one of the more expensive regional chains. I hate to admit my mistake, but dangit, when she's right,...
