There is an employee by the name of Rosa or Rosina. She was incredibly rude to my husband and I. She was working by the self checkout a couple of days ago. I asked her if she could remove an item from the screen since I had accidentally charged the cabbage as an iceberg lettuce. She did remove the item from the screen but she was giving me all this attitude. Like she was mad that I made a mistake. She removed the cabbage from the weight at the self checkout and threw it in the bagging area. I also saw her being rude to an older man who clearly needed help using the self checkout. He was struggling and she was not even trying to help. Instead she just raised her voice at him and watched him struggle to check his items out. I also payed for a bag and politely asked her if I could get a bag for my groceries. She basically threw the bag at me. My husband and I like going to this supermarket because it is so close to home but it becomes uncomfortable having to go and be treated rudely by these employees. I donāt think that this is a managers fault but I do think managers should step in and give these employees training on customer service. I get that these employees are human and have good and bad days but every encounter I have with this employee just seems to be bad. I have no intention of being rude. I just think that if employees are not happy where they work, they should leave. It makes it hard for other employees to work with them and can be uncomfortable...

At the self-checkout, I asked the attendant, Stephanie, for a few bags, and she curtly responded, "Yeah, at the end." This left me feeling unattended and rejected.
I had about 8-10 small items, and my husband was checking them out while I asked for the bags. Despite being only five feet from the register and watching us the whole time, Stephanie still refused to provide the bags. I informed my husband that she should be giving us bags now that we are finished, but never did.
We had to put our items back into the shopping cart without bags. When I asked for the attendant's name, she said it was Stephanie and unexpectedly roll her eyes. I replied, "Thank you for the bags as we are all finished now," and Stephanie sarcastically responded, "Yeah, you're welcome," while rolling her eyes again.
This entire interaction left me feeling very unwelcome and disrespected, with Stephanie providing neither a positive nor friendly attitude, let alone...

I paid for fresh fruit filling and not even half a banana or 3 strawberries were used for the filling. All I got was whip cream with a couple tiny pieces. The frosting consistency was also not the same, it was too soft. As I was cutting the slices the cake was practically falling apart although I had kept it refrigerated. For the same reasons I stopped buying cakes at the Union location & now Iāll have to find another place to purchase cakes. Wasted money on 3 cakes definitely did it for me.
Hire people with experience when experience is needed for the position that needs to be filled.Actually listen to the customers concerns instead of just sending them to a website and ignoring the problems that your employees cause.
