I arrived at 10:32 Am and I was never greeted to begin with I signed in and I asked the lady at the front desk so I write in pedicure if as well because most places I go to ask you what you are getting and she responded with an attitude “yeah”. I already knew from there I was going to have a bad day, I ended up leaving at 12:15pm and never even got my nails done I left because I waited to long and no one even approached me to tell me why they are taking so long or we are sorry for the delay so very poor customer service. Next as I waited there were two women ahead of me and they ended up leaving due to them taking so long I stayed thinking they left so I should be next and maybe I would leave faster but i waited 2 hours for nothing. There were other women’s who arrived that had appointments and they kept attending them and all of the walk ins just sit there and look because no one was ever sat even in a chair to be worked on. If this place runs under only appointments they should just say appointments only, why have walk in and not ever attended a walk in! I have a party tomorrow and had other things to do and get ready and messed up waiting this long and choosing this place due to good reviews and pictures of pretty nails. But I won’t be returning, there were even scheduling mistakes with women who had appointments there conning in at times they have scheduled and having to wait because they apparently mixed up times and squeezed in other women and had them waiting, they were upset as well having to set up an appointment and still wait 20-30 minutes. Read moreI am very disappointed with my last experience here and I will not be returning… Since Julieta left, I made an appointment with Diana because her work looks really good on Ashly’s IG page. Diana had two of her small children running around the salon during my appointment. It was so obvious that she was rushing my nails. While she was doing my nails, she said that her back hurt. She also told another nail tech who was walking by that she was “ready to go”. The other tech said “I can tell by the way that you’re filing!” (while Diana was in the middle of doing MY nails) and they both laughed about it. She cut my cuticles four times and did not match the pic I showed her for my nails. Read moreMost horrific experience in my life, Graciela burned my hair so bad that I lost over 5 inches of my hair and I now have unfixable gaps. She bleached my hair for over 4 hours and it turned my hair into mush. I am so devastated....I tried to get my money back for I can get it fixed somewhere else but they basically called me a liar and only refunded me 1/4 of what I spent that day at the salon. DONT GO TO ASHLEYS HAIR SALON IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR. Its worth the drive to rockwall or rowlett... If anything, you still have a better chance at walmart or have your kid cut it for you than this God Forsaken place.
