Worst experience honestly , I walk in to add 2 lines asking for 2 free phones and then im asking why Im being charged $220 for 2 free phones , I understand i have to pay the first months bill on the highest plan and the activation fee but why do i have to re pay all 4 lines when I just paid it 4/5 days ago I was under the assumption that I would only pay for the 2 im now adding he started to explain to me $25 Activation(2x) which I understand that then proceeds to say the phones are free but we have to recharge you your whole months bill even for the 2 lines I already had with metro ! Which meant I just paid my $110 Monthly bill last week 2/11 and I have to re-pay again ! They tried to charge me for the sim $11 + activation fee $26 + they wanted me to buy another phone for $39 promotion. I was previously told on a phone by a MetroPcs agent that I would only need to buy the sim, but manager and employees at this place said I can't do that.
