My parents came here today & said the food was ice cold. Said they ask for sweet tea & it was unsweetened. The Lady that worked the morning shift had poor service today. Also I wish restaurants would stop putting ketchup packs on top of the guest food. I'm pretty sure this is against the health department violations. Burgers was cold, tater tots, fries and onion rings were cold. My parents come here twice a month & talking about going elsewhere. Please take your business serious before your employees run your business away. Also wanted point out that the cook supposed to make sure that food cooked hot. Treat people how you want to be treated. Everyone is spending their hard earning money to try some of the best food. Last note...food runner is not to sneak & ask for a tip or say do you want your change back. Or are you going to leave a tip on the debit slip. I've been in a restaurant establishment for nearly 20 years & I know how someone is asking for a tip. No need to do that because my people are very generous & they do tip accordingly to your...
Read moreThe lady who served my family at this restaurant had no sense of customer service. She turned down at least two other customers because she didn’t order enough stock and ran out of a lot of things. A car next to us had driven at least an hour and she turned them down because she was out of a lot of things. The right thing to do would to list the options of food they were out of and the options they had. She also blamed the item shortage on democrats, and kept telling customers, “Vote for trump and this won’t happen.”
The food was okay. It was VERY bland, and not worth the $65-67 we paid for it. She managed to stretch a two liter bottle of Dr. Pepper with three different customers all in two liter cups. I believe she did this by adding water to the cups, which would explain why my drink was very watery.
There are a few green flags at this establishment. One, there were a lot of kittens. I enjoyed petting them. Two, the restaurant was a Pokéstop, which is a benefit for Pokémon Go players...
Read moreFirst time visiting and will definitely come back. This is a pull up/drive in and eat type establishment. As soon as you pull up the carhop person comes to rake your order. She was very friendly and helped us first timers out. They do have daily specials and she stated that the "Texas Burgers" come with fries or onion rings and if you order a drink it comes out to like $6.50 so the three of us ordered that and added bacon to one of the burgers so the total for 3 of us was $22 😉 pretty dern reasonable! The size of the burger was great, I honestly can't see someone ordering a double or triple patty which the hubby was going to and glad he didn't. The burger flavor was great as well for such simple ingredients that come on there as well (normal fixins: lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard) I did no onion, no mustard, add mayo. Even the fries were really good with some salt and pepper. Glad Google gave me...
