Hands down the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had, I went today so I’m writing this pretty fresh after trying all their food, I ordered 1 Super Burrito de Lengua, 3 Sopes de tinga, 1 Taco de Lengua, 3 Tacos de tripa, 3 tacos de barbacoa and 2 aguas de horchata. The Super Burrito was the most bland burrito I’ve ever had in my life, it tasted like nothing, barely had any salt, it was like eating soft cardboard, the Sopes were terrible too, the chicken was dry and bland with no spice at all. The barbacoa for the tacos was a literal disgrace and was in no way barbacoa, it was brisket, it was tough and chewy, and a very depressing brown, it wasn’t soft like barbacoa is supposed to be, it was like chewing a sock, and for a place that claims to sell Mexican food they should be doing some soul searching if they’re calling that sad brisket, “barbacoa”. Next, the tacos de tripa were a continuation of this theme, the tripa looked crispy but somehow managed to be chewy as well, and it tasted super greasy, I understand tripa is fried but it tasted like nothing but grease and I could barely taste the actual tripa, it was like eating grease flavored gum, the taco de Lengua was okay, it wasn’t anything special but at least it wasn’t a disappointment like the rest of the meal, I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through for a bland meal and I wish I could get my money back but I won’t. Lastly and to top it all off my stomach started hurting soon after eating because of that terrible food which I didn’t even finish. So in short the food sucks, don’t waste your money here, not to knock the people here because they were very nice but the food is the worst, they need to improve on that really soon, it gets one star because of the nice people but I couldn’t give anything higher because of the food, so customers beware.

TL;DR - food is bland and sucks, costs too much too, but nice people, might be your thing if you go to restaurants for the human interaction and not for the taste...

I was very disappointed with the service. We ordered our food for dine in and they put the order for to go. We're sitting there waiting, people were coming in ordering getting their food and there we were still waiting. Finally they realized they had packed our order. Alexis Gutierrez came to us explaining what happened and asked if we wanted to eat the food they packed or a new plate. We asked well how long has the food been sitting there? We had tacos, flautas and tortas. If it was sitting there for a while, it's more than likely cold and soggy. She said I dont know. And that's when we asked for a new plates. Her body language was very rude. She walked away rolling her eyes as if them messing up our order was an inconvenience for her. She said okay, let me ask. We waited still no food. The other waitress came to check on us and we told her our food is still not here. They were reheating our food in the MICROWAVE! They kept our foods in the Togo container. That is a health violation. The food had dairy. We told the other waitress that we requested our food to be remade and that Alexis had an attitude. Alexis came back saying she didnt have an attitude and she didnt say they were gonna remake it. She never gave us an update. She stated that the lady in the back making the food was not going to remake the food. They tried giving us the food in the same Togo container they microwaved the food in. We asked for a refund and Alexis stated that they couldnt and they lady is the oldest working there and denied our refund. Again Alexis with her attitude siad no, we can remake the food for you to go or here yes or no. They girl was talking down to us as if we were children. The whole time shes talking to us as if management was not going to acknowledge her terrible customer...

The food is good. The place is nice and clean.. But I took my mom and my cousin on a weekday. They had on loud music. I told the cashier if she could lower it a bit. Because my mom is 85, and we wanted to talk. We told her nicely. But it looked like she didn't like it.. so she turned it down pretty much, NADA.. so just be aware that if it's a Friday night or the weekend. It's cool.. pero on a Weekday for lunch. Not nice. especially with older folks. Because there was another older lady too. La comida esta buena.. el restaurante esta limpio.. todo esta en orden.. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que lleve a mi mama.. con mi prima. Y la musica estaba muy alta.. mi mama pasa d los 80. Casi no podiamos platicar.. le dijimos a la cajera.. y parese que se molesto.. y segun le bajo.. pero ni se noto.. solo tengan cortesia asia la gente mayor.. esto fue entre semana..y fue para lonche.. No fue un Viernes o fin D semana en la noche.. Xfavor. Si miran gente mayor. Temgan cortesia..uno lleva a sus padres a comer y a platicar... mi mama salio con dolor d cabeza.. y le dije .. disculpe mom . Yo pense que era un restaurante..no cantina . Y solo se rio... pero d ai. Todo...
