disgusting work, a waste of 3 hours, horrible customer service and most importantly my money was wasted. I took a trip to this spot as a first experience i got my pedicure done first i’m not sure of the lady’s name but she was too rough rushing my service and split my big toe with the file, she did horrible drilling my acrylic big toes they are super thick and disappointing. Also as you can see in the picture there is a ton of dead skin left on my feet. Then it came to service my nails she really rushed she gave me one coat of pink under polish on my nails as i asked for two she even gave me two coats on my toes when i asked but rushed me out her seat on my nails, the french tip is sloppy there so uneven. The worst part is that my nails were very thin and my thumb which you would think would be the strongest nail because that’s the hardest nail to get off considering it’s wider than the others snapped off 3 days later which you could see in the photo i glued it together not even 20 mins later my ring finger was snapped. This is so very ridiculous and disappointing for my first experience with Also being completely over charged i honestly feel ripped off . This ruined my day the first day getting them i thought okay let’s see how long they last then 3 days later these are the results and im nowhere near a normal 2-3 week fill in, I am so embarrassed I am literally crying writing this i’m genuinely concerned asking what exactly did i pay $130...

The tech snatched a mole off of my face waxing my eyebrows and instead of telling me she called another tech over and they continued to speak in their language, i asked what was wrong I thought she cut my eyebrow off by mistake or something they both said nothing as if i wouldn’t see whatever the problem was when i got up to look in the mirror. They had smeared neosporin on it to contain the bleeding I asked what is that, they said it was a scar on my face, another lie. Then the male tech said it was probably acne, another lie I don’t have a simple bump on my face but i do have a bunch of moles. The tech that did it went to her station n sat down like it was no longer her problem, no apology or nothing. I will never ever patronize them again, WORST...

I started going here about 4 or 5 years ago when I moved on Patapsco 2 blocks away. Linda did my overlay and killed it! My sister got Carly and she killed it too! We started going every 2 weeks. One day, I got Kevin for my pedicure and I almost fell in love. LOL. He is THE BEST on the pedi hands down!
