I love a neat tapered “Instagram” nail so if your looking for that DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for a fill in, my usual nail artist was booked up so I tried this local place. I should have turned right around bc the place was empty on a Friday! I posted three pictures below. The first is my usual nail tech the second is their work which was a fill in over the first. The third is after I reshape over their work. So how did I go from tapered square to bubble fat nails!? I was highly upset at this place as the woman who did my nails caught an attitude when I asked her if she could shape my nails more and she started tugging at my hand aggressively. I could have acted a fool, however that would haven’t solved anything. There’s no reason a woman should go to the nail salon and walk out feeling ugly. I paid 55 bucks for this and to come home to file and reshape my own nails. I would have done better with press ons. These ladies need to learn a new technique bc these nails are sloppy, shapeless, hideous and I’m speaking on others who posted pictures as well. I can see why they have an id policy to use your debit card. The owner knew her tech work was horrible and she did nothing to accommodate. Those ladies did right by disputing their transactions with them! Poor artistry! I truly hope I saved some ladies their money. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews first, this is pure CHOP SHOP WORK! The pictures speak for themselves. You all deserve better!! Please save your hard working money this...

This place is very close and convenient to my house So I go here very often about every two weeks to get my eyebrows done . I never get my nails done because the nail techs aren't that great and the only girl who does nails correctly and designs beautifully is always busy and always has a long line but I've never had major issues with my eyebrows until recently The owner Lily always does my eyebrows but the past couple of times I've went to her she does them sloppy and quick but today I decided to give her another chance and she completely made both of my eyebrows uneven, round and so thin one goes into a point at the end and the other is bald missing all of its hair! I'm so upset I'm in tears when I went in there this afternoon I had beautiful full eyebrows but not anymore! I'm so disappointed in the way she treated me after I brought it to her attention that she screwed up my eyebrows when she's the only person who has touched my eyebrows in over a year she displayed poor customer service I don't care what your opinion is if you see that I'm upset with your work you should try to make me happy anyway that you can or at least try to fix it but she didn't I was a loyal customer to her but not anymore I've given her one too many chances and this will be my last...

I usually only get my eyebrows done by Ms Lily and I've never had an issue, however, this time I requested a pedi for myself and my sister. The lady rushed through the pedi. I paid for the #4 package. I requested that she used a new pumice Stone and brush. She made it so uncomfortable for me as if I asked for something that I wasn't suppose to ask for. I expressed to her that they carry bacteria and I wouldn't allow her to use used items on me. She went to retrieve a new pumice Stone but informed me that they didn't have any new brushes. I shook my head. I would think that a nail shop would have an abundance of brushes for their customers. Well needless to say I will not be returning to...
